Notwithstanding the provisions in Section 6(o) (Fees) and Section 19 (Chargeback Policy and Prevention of Fraudulent Disputes) of our Terms of Service, you may request a refund of fees paid to access the Program by submitting a written request to our support team within three (3) days of the date of purchase, provided that you have not engaged with the Program or any Account, including placing any virtual trades or participating in the Evaluation Process.

This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
